Job Description
Job Summary:
The Senior Qualtrics Developer designs and manages enterprise-level survey and experience management solutions to measure and enhance customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design advanced Qualtrics surveys, workflows, dashboards, and XM programs
- Configure logic, automations, triggers, and embedded data structures
- Integrate Qualtrics with CRM platforms, HR systems, and analytics tools
- Manage distribution strategies, data governance, and reporting standards
- Analyze feedback data to provide insights and recommendations
- Train business users and maintain platform best practices
Qualifications:
- 6+ year's experience with customer experience, HR analytics, or survey platform management
- Expert-level Qualtrics platform configuration and dashboard design
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience integrating via APIs, webhooks, or ETL tools preferred
