Quality Specialist

The QMS Lead is responsible for directing and overseeing the execution and performance of the companys Quality Management System (QMS). This role includes establishing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS and leading the organization toward ISO and AS9100 certification. The position provides strategic guidance to ensure that clear policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and objectives are defined and effectively implemented across the organization. The QMS Lead works closely with leadership to align quality objectives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the QMS strategy in alignment with the companys overall business strategy.
• Manage day-to-day QMS activities by coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
• Establish, implement, maintain, and audit all processes required for an effective QMS.
• Plan and conduct Management Review meetings as per company policies and ensure closure of action items in coordination with CFTs.
• Ensure all internal systems, procedures, and documentation are updated, revised, and maintained to meet the requirements of external certification and regulatory bodies.
• Introduce new systems, procedures, and process improvements where necessary to enhance QMS effectiveness.
• Perform regular internal audits and process audits to ensure compliance and continual improvement of the QMS.
