Job Description
Quality Manager (Electrical Quality)
Location: Ahmedabad HO
Experience: 7+ years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Company - Renewable energy sector (Solar/Wind/BESS)
CTC - Open
Key Responsibilities
- Act as qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; experienced in IMS systems.
- Conduct inspections of HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, inverter duty transformers, inverters, cables.
- Expertise in LOTO, Electrical Golden Rules, Electrical Permits.
- Develop and review QAP, FQAP, MQAP; validate supplier inspection reports; issue MDCC post supplier inspections.
- Coordinate with site & EPC teams during installation, commissioning, and testing; ensure compliance with ITP.
- Identify root causes and corrective actions for site issues.
- Strong knowledge of power system standards and renewable energy integration.
- Mandatory experience in solar or wind projects during construction phase.
