Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and contract requirements.
Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality procedures.
Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC, NBC, MoRTH, CPWD specifications
Coordinate and monitor field and laboratory testing of materials.
Verify test reports for concrete, steel, soil, aggregates, bitumen, etc.
Ensure calibration of testing equipment.
Issue and close NCRs / Observations / Corrective Action Reports.
Conduct root cause analysis and preventive action.
Track closure of quality issues.
Strong knowledge of construction quality processes
Good understanding of IS Codes, specifications, and standards
Familiarity with quality tools and reporting systems
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
