Quality Management System Specialists – ETQ Automation Specialist

Primary Purpose:

The QMS Specialist ETQ Automation is responsible for providing automated support for the effective implementation and maintenance of Generacs electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).

This position will work with cross functional teams to provide ETQ support for the configuration and administration to automate Generacs QMS processes and related KPIs, including, but limited the following processes:

• Document Management
• Nonconformity Management (Tier 1) and Corrective Action (Tier 2)
• Supplier Quality
• Product Quality Hold
• Audit Management

Major Responsibilities:

Ensure that the eQMS software solution is maintained and adheres to Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams

Maintain the Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by:

>Providing configuration support for Generacs eQMS software, including:

• Document Management
• Nonconformity Management (Tier 1) and Corrective Action (Tier 2)
• Audit Management
• Supplier Quality
• Product Quality Hold

>Providing administrative support for Generacs eQMS software, including:

• Maintaining keyword lists
• Resolving user reported issues
• Managing the global user list
• Supporting user access issues

>Performing document reviews of new and revised documents to ensure compliance with Generac document management standards

>Working with teams to migrate documents into the eQMS software system

>Conducting reviews of open actions and following up with assignees as required

>Providing training for users to navigate processes with the eQMS software solution

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent career experience

Work Experience

• Experience: 3 - 5 years
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/Risk Based management system fundamentals (i.e., 9001, 13485, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of ETQ fundamentals (including Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing, Deployment and Administration) and experience utilizing their electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) software/platform
• Demonstrated knowledge of Power BI Visualization and Reporting Tool
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Effective Communicator
• Attention to Detail

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of the SAP software/platform
• Working knowledge of the Data lake platform
• Experience managing projects with cross functional teams
