Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Automotive Industry Expert: deep Automotive/Technical experience and quality
- Technical University degree or equivalent experience and Technical Certification, Lean certification (nice to have)
- Robust knowledge of the Lean/Agile for identifying Skills Matrix, conducting gap analysis and performing improvement
- Process designing and improvements
- Consistent knowledge and written communication skills for writing operational working guidelines (processes handbook)
- Excellent in coaching
- People oriented and team builder
- Data driven approach: experience in Business Intelligence to leverage data to findings, ensuring continuous improvement actions
- Problem solving, results oriented, proactive and customer oriented
- Organized
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Fluent in English, other languages (nice to have)
