Position: Quality Lead
Qualification: 57 years of relevant experience, including at least 23 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or relevant professional qualification
- 57 years of relevant experience, including at least 23 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role
- Leadership experience in Quality management and can take ownership of tools, processes, and strategy.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality tools and technologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, RCA, etc.)
- Experience of managing Quality processes as a Lead, including stakeholder management & driving process improvements
- Experience in setting up frameworks, metrics, and governance for Quality rather than just performing evaluations.
