Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Supervisor located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. The Quality Supervisor will oversee and manage quality control processes, implement and maintain quality management systems, and ensure product quality meets organizational and industry standards. The role also involves carrying out in-line and off-line quality inspection and carry out root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to achieve quality assurance goals. Additional responsibilities include reporting on quality metrics. Execute quality inspection of raw materials and finished goods. Review customer feedback & implement improvements.

Experience:

2 10 years

(Automotive or Aluminium Extrusion industry preferred)

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial (preferred)
• Strong understanding of industrial quality processes
• Knowledge of extrusion & metal processing is a plus
• Execute quality inspection of raw materials and finished goods
• Review customer feedback & implement improvements
• Coordinate with production & QC teams to maintain quality systems
• Lead failure analysis & corrective-action initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement culture across processes
• 5S and Kaizen

Salary:

20,000 60,000 per month

(Commensurate with skills & experience)

Working Hours:

8 12 hours per day based on role and experience

Weekly Sunday off as per company policy

Gazetted & National holidays observed
