JD for Quality Executive:

Analysis of finished goods/raw milk for quality evaluation.
Documentation of raw milk/finished goods.
Procurement of items required for quality assurance department.
Maintaining the testing records, preparation of reagents and media whenever required.
Approval of donor mothers by screening all tests reports and necessary documents.
Knowledge of handling instruments in the laboratory.
Evaluation of shelf life study of the product.
Trend analysis of all products.
Maintaining good laboratory practices
Periodic cleaning of equipments & fumigation
Ensure the practices is followed as per ISO 22000:2018
Give support to various new product activities.
Making field visits and managing shifts as and when required

Skill & Experience

Masters in microbiology/ Dairy Microbiology
Knowledge and experience in analysing dairy/food products.
Prefer to have knowledge about ISO 22000.
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually & as a part of team.
Good computer skill, hand on experience in testing.
