Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics to manage the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with various testing tools and frameworks to support automation efforts. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement in testing processes. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
