Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging your business and functional knowledge to enhance the application lifecycle. By applying established testing methodologies, you will define and implement key metrics that will help manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with various testing tools and frameworks relevant to ETL processes. - Ability to design and implement test cases based on business requirements. - Familiarity with data quality assessment and validation techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
