Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. Your role will involve multi-disciplinary team planning, ecosystem integration, and ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the team of quality engineers to ensure efficient and effective test planning and execution. - Develop end-to-end testing strategies based on business and functional knowledge. - Implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. - Define and implement processes and methodologies for quality assurance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ecosystem integration. - Identify and address testing gaps and risks. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality assurance processes. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defect resolution. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies, principles, and processes. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Knowledge of quality processes and methodologies. - Experience in defining and implementing key metrics for test management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Experience in performance testing and load testing. - Knowledge of test data management and test environment setup. - Experience in test case design and execution. - Solid grasp of defect management and resolution processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Test Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
