Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. - Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies. - Implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality processes and methodologies are followed. - Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members. - Continuously improve testing methodologies, principles, and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Experience in D365 FO Data Migration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution. - Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide recommendations for improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
