Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Your role will involve applying testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the team in planning and executing quality engineering activities. - Integrate the quality engineering process with the overall ecosystem. - Develop end-to-end testing strategies based on business and functional knowledge. - Implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. - Creatively contribute to the improvement of quality processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: -Minimum 4 to 15 years of working experience in SQL testing - Excellent communication skills to explain the issues and understand requirements - Ability to work independently should be proactive and quick learner - Proficient in SQL - Good to have Snowflake knowledge - Experience ETL testers - EDC Senior IT Tester (Manual ETL tester) The Senior IT Tester with the skills and expertise of ETL testing and strong SQL knowledge are responsible for performing functional testing and system testing on the system under test. The manual ETL testing is performed to verify the functionality developed based on the functional design documents and other system documents. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
