Primary Responsibilities:

• The role includes: Analyze User Stories / Bugs, Design / Design Review, Document, Code / Code Review, Test (Unit, Assembly, System & Regression), Deployment, & Post-deployment Support
• Delivery requires automated test (manual testing as needed) mindfulness
• Engineering focus on enriching the Customer Experience through high quality functional delivery, efficiency, testability, reliability, scalability, availability, and security of applications
• Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
• Design, develop, and support frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams
• Contribute toward predictable delivery of quality release
• Research, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automation
• Mentor team members on Automation frameworks
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
• Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results
• Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality
• Use appropriate measures and KPIs to validate and report on software quality
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others
• Analyzes and investigates
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech. / MCA / M. Tech / Equivalent Education
• Total experience of 4+ years with solid manual testing background and 4+ years of experience working on automation Selenium/Cypress/Playwright with Java/JavaScript
• 4+ years as quality engineer following QA processes, methodologies, and testing
• 2+ years of experience in Mobile Automation using Appium or any kind of tools
• Hands-on coding experience in programming language Core Java/Advanced Java
• Proficient with developer tools and IDEs, such as IntelliJ, Eclipse and Git/GitHub for developing automation scripts
• Solid working knowledge of ATDD/BDD
• Knowledge on Sauce labs, Visual Tools like Applitool, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, MS Visio)
• Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
