Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, create, and execute comprehensive test scenarios for Copilot agent workflows
- Validate agent responses against expected outcomes, business rules, and edge cases
- Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps; collaborate closely with developers for resolution
- Track test coverage, quality metrics, and overall agent performance
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness assessments
- Contribute to QA playbooks, test strategies, and documentation
Required Skills & Technologies
- Azure DevOps (test management, defect tracking)
- API testing using Postman
- Power Platform Test Studio
- Python scripting for test automation and validation
- Strong understanding of JSON and structured data
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or conversational agents
Desired Skills
- Experience testing AI-driven or conversational systems
- Understanding of prompt behavior, agent workflows, and response validation
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Ability to work in Agile / DevOps environments.
