Quality Engineer- ATO and FSTD

Job Description:

Job Description and key responsibilities:

To support in managing the Quality Assurance System in accordance with requirements of the Training Organization Approval Authorities and the Airbus quality policy
To coordinate with the Quality Manager and the Head of Flight Training to ensure quality training services delivery for the Approved Flight Training Organization (ATO) 
To coordinate with the Quality Manager and the FSTD Manager to ensure the training standards of the devices are maintained to deliver the training courses
To perform a synthesis of the FSTDs (QTGs, KPIs, reliability monitoring, customer feedback etc.)
To identify and report any actual or potential non-compliance to the Airbus or regulatory standards to the Quality Manager.
To support during the internal/external quality audits/surveillance checks by coordinating with the different teams/auditors
To coordinate and keep an update on the regulations/requirements for the ATO and FSTDs
To contribute in developing a quality minded atmosphere by creating awareness on quality and regulatory issues 

Qualification and experience:

Qualification 

Should hold a diploma/degree in Aeronautical Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering/ Science or equivalent
have a good understanding on the aviation regulations related to ATO and FSTDs (EASA/ DGCA)

Experience

Should have at least two years of experience in the quality domain  within an ATO/simulator maintenance organization
participation in conduct of audits will be preferred
