Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Additionally, you will create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration. Your role will involve participating in code reviews, monitoring, and reporting defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and identify defects. - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Automate test cases using Selenium and other relevant tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes. - Identify and report software defects, track defects to closure, and verify fixes. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. - Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience in testing web applications and APIs. - Knowledge of SQL and ability to write and execute SQL queries. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
