Quality Control Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure high standards in manufacturing of SPMs, jigs, fixtures, and toolroom components.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality control processes in toolroom & SPM manufacturing
• Conduct in-process and final inspections
• Maintain quality records (inspection reports, rejection & rework reports)
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with design and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF standards

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 35 years experience in toolroom / SPM / automotive manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
