Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure high standards in manufacturing of SPMs, jigs, fixtures, and toolroom components.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality control processes in toolroom & SPM manufacturing
- Conduct in-process and final inspections
- Maintain quality records (inspection reports, rejection & rework reports)
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with design and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF standards
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 35 years experience in toolroom / SPM / automotive manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
