Quality Auditor:

Responsible for Governance, Quality and Compliance for the IT projects delivered to our customers.

End to end project reviews for Cost, Schedule, Scope, Quality and Compliance. Drive to ensure quality delivery and adherence to compliance from solution phase till project closure.

Value driven approach for project reviews and audits. Analyze various data points and work at improvement plan for the project delivery.

Early detection of risks and issues and address them, ensuring no escalations.

Effective reporting and follow-up on actions.

Skills required: (must have)

4 to 6 years of experience in Quality and Compliance of IT projects in large scale organizations.

Strong conceptual knowledge and experience in Project Management in Waterfall and Agile Methodology.

Very good at written and oral communication, able to work independently with minimal support.

Following is desirable: (good to have)

Experience in Techno-PM role. Well versed with legacy as well as cutting edge technologies.

Experience in documentation of processes and policies.
