Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Quality Assurance Tester. The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for executing tests, developing test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring overall quality assurance. The role will require ensuring that products meet quality standards and identifying any issues in the development process through thorough analysis and testing.

• Conduct end-to-end testing on web and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Design, write, and execute detailed manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and performance issues in collaboration with the development team.
• Perform regression testing, UI testing, and functional testing for new features and updates.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and automation frameworks.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed test reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and strategies based on evolving project needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of professional experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of API testing and tools like Postman is a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
