Quality Assurance Test Lead

Position: Test Lead.

Experience: 812 Years

Base Location: Mumbai, India

Travel Requirement: Must be open to travel and work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for minimum 1 year

Project Duration: Long-term (Minimum 1 Year).

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Test Lead with strong Banking Channels expertise , test automation knowledge , and proven teamhandling experience to lead testing delivery for a Mobile Banking program. The role is based in Mumbai with a mandatory onsite assignment in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end functional testing for Mobile Banking applications
• Own test strategy, test planning, estimations, and execution
• Handle and manage a QA team (onshore/offshore), including:
• Task allocation
• Daily monitoring and reporting
• Mentoring and performance guidance
• Coordinate testing across multiple banking channels :
• Mobile Banking
• Internet Banking
• Backend systems and APIs
• Oversee defect management , root cause analysis, and quality metrics
• Drive and guide test automation efforts
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business, Development, UAT, and Release teams
• Ensure adherence to banking quality standards and compliance practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of overall experience in Software Testing
• Strong experience as a Functional Test Lead / QA Lead
• Mandatory teamhandling / peoplemanagement experience
• Strong Banking Domain & Channels knowledge , especially:
• Mobile Banking applications
• Payments, Transfers, Authentication, Security flows
• Hands-on knowledge of Test Automation tools/frameworks
• (Selenium, Appium, API automation, CI/CD pipelines)
• Solid understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA reporting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Willingness to travel and stay onsite in Riyadh for minimum 1 year
