Quality Assurance Technician

Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches to our customers. He/she will be responsible for inspection procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

To carry out effective PP meetings with vendor

To carry out in-line and final inspection at vendor location

To monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.

To develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality.

To monitor performance of suppliers of raw-materials.

Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers requirements and guidance for each department and processes.

To facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing technical data.

To Bridge merchandisers, factories and customers on quality communication.

To effectively interact with Technical and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that target dates are achieved.

To supervise sample evaluation and production approvals by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.

To do Risk Analysis to ensures satisfactory product performance

To establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first-time quality from each process.

To assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

To report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action

To reinforce quality assurance measures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduate with relevant experience / B. Tech- Textiles/ Diploma in Textile Engineering

Technical skills: Garment inspection based on AQL, Garment Measuring Skills, Pattern measuring skills, Presentation skills, Effective communication skills

Other Skills: Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem solving, decision making, leadership skills.
