Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supplier Quality Assurance - Inspection on Machining & Fabrication parts.
- Supplier audit & improvements.
- Instruments & Gauge management.
- System Maintenance, Internal & External audits, Document control, Process optimization.
- Participation in Design reviews, Pre-Quality planning, DFMEA, CP, ETC.
- Customer service, handling & reporting.
- Customer issues & requirements collection & releasement.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- 5-Core tools.
- 7QC tools.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Familiar on Machining, Fabrication, Surface treatment & Brought out parts.
- 6-Sigma Green belt certified.
- Good knowledge on ISO9001;2015, IATF16949.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Or Production Engineering
Experience required
- BE with 5 years of experience
