Position Title: Electrical Engineer Quality (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 10+ years

Compensation: 1520 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer Quality to join our aerospace & defense manufacturing team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a hands-on approach, and a strong eye for precision and compliance in electrical systems used for critical defense and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance and control processes for electrical and electronic systems in aerospace/defense projects.
• Review engineering designs, schematics, and BOMs to ensure adherence to defense standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct inspection, testing, and validation of electrical assemblies, harnesses, and systems.
• Implement and monitor quality systems such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams to maintain quality benchmarks throughout lifecycle stages.
• Prepare detailed reports, inspection documentation, and support audits (internal and external).
• Mentor junior engineers in inspection techniques, documentation, and compliance practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality, inspection, or testing within aerospace, defense, or avionics manufacturing environments.
• Sound knowledge of MIL standards, wiring harness quality inspection, and defense quality documentation.
• Proficient in interpretation of electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and testing protocols.
• Experience with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electrical test benches.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on, meticulous professional with a commitment to excellence and zero-defect mindset.
