Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented English Audio Tester to evaluate and ensure the quality of audio content (audiobooks, voiceovers, podcasts, promotional materials) on our eCommerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for checking audio clarity, pronunciation, synchronization, grammar accuracy, and overall listening experience to maintain high-quality standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Listen to and evaluate English audio content for:

Clarity, pronunciation, tone, and fluency

Background noise or distortions

Grammar and language accuracy

Audio syncing issues (if applicable)

Identify and document errors or inconsistencies.

Coordinate with content creators, editors, and technical teams for corrections.

Ensure audio files meet company quality standards before publishing.

Maintain testing reports and QA documentation.

Suggest improvements to enhance overall user listening experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Ability to detect pronunciation, accent, and grammar errors.

Basic understanding of audio editing tools/software (preferred).

Familiarity with audiobooks, podcasts, or e-learning audio content is a plus.

Bachelors degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Experience

01 experience in audio testing, content QA, or similar roles.

• Experience working with eCommerce or digital content platforms is an advantage
• Read and understand arabic and spanish are preffered
