What would you do? "You will be aligned with our Life Sciences R&D vertical. Our services span across the entire life sciences enterprise, from research laboratories, clinical trials support, and regulatory services, to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory, helping the world’s leading biopharma companies bring their vision to life – enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the patient, connecting scientific expertise with unique insights into the patient experience. You will be a part of the Healthcare Management team which is responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. This includes day to day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting and rating, research and education, policies and procedures, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations The Operational Audit & Compliance team focuses on auditing and managing effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks. The role may require for you to have a good understanding of anti-corruption, BCM and infosec policies, records management and contractor controls. The team is responsible for establishing processes to validate the effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required."

Roles and Responsibilities: "1. Implementation of Quality assurance program in the project. 2. Develop QMP for the deal in compliance with the QMP for Accenture. 3. Inspection readiness. 4. Compliance oversight. 5. Support in client, due diligence visits/audits and inspections by regulatory authorities. 6. Support in SOP development and maintenance. 7. Ensure data security / privacy measures are implemented in deal teams, by the delivery leads and deal compliance representatives. 8. Follow up on closure of CAPA. 9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and deal guidelines including those that is brought to light subsequent to an audit. 10. Serve as a resource for training and answering questions on applicable regulations and deal /client guidelines. 11. Serve as point of contact for audits and audit follow up. 12. Performing QA audits on various deals. 13. Co-ordination of regulatory Audits in Various deals. 14. Establish quality and compliance activities during transition of new deals. "MSc,Master of Pharmacy
