Job Description
Job Title: Quality Manager (SEPG Role)
Job Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications. The role involves overseeing internal audits, supporting external certifications, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products, services, and engineering projects comply with defined quality standards and specifications.
Implement, maintain, and improve management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI, SOC, and Six Sigma.
Prepare internal audit plans, conduct internal audits, and track closure of audit findings.
Identify non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage day-to-day quality function activities and quality metrics.
Coordinate with third-party audit and assessment bodies for certifications and surveillance audits.
Support process maturity initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Participate in and support training on quality management principles and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organization-wide quality compliance.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of CMMI and management system standards.
Hands-on experience in internal audits and QMS implementation.
Familiarity with ISO, SOC, and Six Sigma frameworks.
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Relevant quality certifications preferred.
8+ years of experience in Quality or Process Excellence roles.
