Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of static process equipment in exotic and corrosion-resistant metals for global chemical, petrochemical, chlor-alkali, and oil & gas industries. We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer for our Dahej manufacturing facility to ensure the highest quality standards in fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, and columns built to international codes and client specifications.

The role involves inspection, documentation, code compliance, and coordination with production and third-party inspectors throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

• Perform stage-wise inspection of fabrication and welding activities.
• Verify material identification, heat number traceability, and MTC compliance.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections as per drawings and QAP/ITP.
• Coordinate and witness NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, PMI, Hydrotest, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, and client specifications.
• Review WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records.
• Prepare and compile MDR, quality dossiers, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives.
• Maintain QA documentation for pressure vessels, columns, and heat exchangers.
• Support audits and quality system implementation.

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 56 years QA/QC experience in heavy fabrication or static equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII, Sec IX, ASTM standards.
• Familiarity with NDT methods and inspection procedures.
• Experience in exotic materials (Titanium, Zirconium, Nickel alloys) preferred.
• Strong documentation and inspection reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
