Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad for the role of a Quality Assurance Manager. The individual will oversee and manage the quality assurance processes to ensure products meet established standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities include developing quality standards and procedures, coordinating with internal teams to maintain compliance, performing inspections, leading efforts for continual quality improvement, and addressing quality issues. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective production and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Gear technology and exposure to gear manufacturing processes is must
• Strong understanding of manufacturing standards, including IATF 16949 requirements
• Experience with process improvement, inspection practices, and problem-solving methodologies
• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field
• Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is preferred
• Proficiency in related software and tools used in quality assurance and data analysis
