Quality Assurance Manager

Overall responsibility for implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management System.

1. To ensure and comply with all the relevant statutory requirements/ compliances
2. To ensure all the products conform to the company specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.
3. To identify, plan document, and manage the practices, activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.
4. Responsibility for adherence to PAPL guidelines and requirements in the process of manufacturing, to ensure conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant.
5. Support consumer response department in handling concerns related to product integrity.
6. Responsibility for review and analyze Quality Index and to carry out root cause analysis for failures and corrective action plan.
7. Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to HO-Quality Audit /EHS Audit/ Internal Quality Audit reports.
