Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Delhi, India & leading a team of entire quality team comprising of 10 - 15 people. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality management processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and establish metrics to maintain product compliance. Responsibilities include creating, implementing, and improving quality control procedures, managing quality assurance testing, leading audits, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent improvement in processes and products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Control methods
- Maintaining Documents related to Food Safety Management system, HACCP, BRC etc.
- Skills in Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Attention to Detail
- Experience with Team Management and Leadership
- Knowledge of Compliance, Risk Assessment, and Regulatory Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food industry or manufacturing is a strong advantage
