Quality Assurance Manager

We Are Hiring: Manager QA & QC | BE Mechanical + | 1015 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Manager QA & QCto lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and ensure world-class product standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) (e.g., ISO 9001,Lean/Six Sigma).
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify trends, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and drive process efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and industry regulations.
• Auditing: Conduct internal/external audits and oversee supplier quality.
• Customer Focus: Address customer complaints and feedback to boost satisfaction.
• Reporting: Create reports for senior management on quality metrics and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in quality management, preferably in (Your Industry).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of QMS,statistical analysis,root cause analysis, and relevant software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Certifications Preferred: Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor.

Qualification:

• B.E. Mechanical +
• 10 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
