We're Hiring QC (Quality Control) - Bath & Soft Goods

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10-18 Years

CTC: 10-12 LPA

Industry Preference: Buying House experience mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) professional with strong exposure to bath and soft goods to manage quality standards, buyer compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must come from a buying house background and have hands-on experience working with international buyers .

Key Responsibilities

Manage quality requirements for bath & soft goods categories

Act as the key interface between buyers, vendors, and internal teams

Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards, compliance, and approvals

Review PP samples, size sets, GPTs, and pre-shipment inspections

Handle quality audits, CAPA, and corrective actions with vendors

Resolve quality issues, claims, and customer feedback effectively

Maintain quality documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For

10-18 years of experience in QC / Quality Assurance

Strong exposure to bath & soft goods

Mandatory buying house experience

In-depth knowledge of buyer standards, AQL , and quality systems

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
