We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team responsible for Amazon Pay's suite of lending products, including Amazon Pay Later, Amazon Pay CBCC card, and Credit Card Installments.
In this strategic role, you'll lead the charge in:
• Architecting and implementing robust QA frameworks for complex financial products
• Developing sophisticated testing strategies to prevent fraudulent and abusive transactions
• Collaborating with cross
- functional teams including software development, product, legal, marketing, and operations

Key job responsibilities
1) You will work with multiple stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
2) You will influence strategic technical as well as business decisions.
3) You will keep multiple stakeholders including senior Amazon leadership updated on the progress, call out risks, anticipate bottlenecks, perform escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and, encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience testing web technologies and back
- end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals
- Experience transforming QA programs from manual to automation
