Were looking for a QA Practice Lead who can build, scale, and champion our Quality Engineering and DevSecOps practices across multiple AI/ML and enterprise engineering teams. In this role, you will drive quality strategy, lead automation initiatives, strengthen and support delivery governance, and enable teams with the right processes, tooling, and engineering discipline. What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

• Deep dive into GoMLs AI/ML, data, and platform engineering landscape
• Understand existing QA, DevSecOps, and governance processes
• Review testing frameworks, coverage, and delivery practices across teams
• Identify gaps in tooling, process maturity, and productivity workflows

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

• Define and refine QA strategy across automation, manual testing, data validation, and release readiness
• Support delivery governance models (Agile/Hybrid), Jira workflows, and reporting frameworks
• Lead automation framework enhancements and standardization across teams
• Strengthen DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and environment readiness
• Improve developer productivity through tooling, pipeline optimization, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with engineering leads to align execution with roadmap and delivery milestones

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation

• Own the QA & DevSecOps practice end-to-end - strategy, execution, and continuous improvement
• Drive value-based delivery, benefits realization, and consistent governance across programs
• Build a unified quality framework supporting AI/ML models, data pipelines, platforms, and enterprise apps
• Establish risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution mechanisms across projects
• Mentor and grow QA/Automation/DevSecOps teams, promoting engineering excellence
• Innovate quality accelerators, productivity tools, and automation-first culture
• Build long-term practice roadmap aligned with business, engineering, and organizational goals

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

Must-Have

• 10+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, and DevOps practices
• Proven expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, PyTest, Playwright, Cypress, Robot, etc.)
• Strong experience managing QA, DevOps, or cross-functional engineering teams
• Hands-on understanding of CI/CD, environment management, and automation pipelines
• Experience with delivery governance: Agile/Hybrid models, Jira oversight, reporting, and dependency tracking
• Strong background in strategic planning, release orchestration, and execution alignment
• Demonstrated ability in risk identification, mitigation, and managing cross-team issue resolution
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience improving developer productivity, workflow automation, and tooling management

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to AI/ML quality practices, data validation, or model testing
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Background in performance testing or observability tooling
• Prior experience setting up organization-wide engineering practices or CoEs
