Job Tittle : QA Lead (ITSM & Networking)

We are seeking a QA Lead with 7+ years of experience (2+ in leadership) to drive high-quality releases for our ITSM and networking product suites. You will define test strategies, mentor a skilled QA team, and ensure seamless delivery within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership: Design comprehensive test plans and lead manual/automated testing efforts.
• Technical Execution: Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing while validating networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS).
• Integration: Manage defect tracking (JIRA), perform Root Cause Analysis, and integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Compliance: Ensure product alignment with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Manual & Automation testing (Selenium, Python, or Java).
• Strong understanding of networking infrastructure and log analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, APIs (Postman), and performance tools (JMeter).
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration
