Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will develop and maintain quality processes and conduct reviews working with global QA initiatives and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective quality assurance strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and processes. - Analyze quality metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct reviews of software requirements, design documents, and code. - Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring the quality of software products. - Implement effective quality assurance strategies and best practices. - Provide guidance and support to junior quality assurance professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing . - Must to Have skills :Performance Tester having hands on exp in JMeter - Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and methodologies. - Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA or HP ALM. - Knowledge of performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or JMeter. - Experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios. - Ability to analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
