Quality Assurance Intern

Job Description:

Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika, and BLTM, is an established leader in events in India, with clients from over 60 countries.

Were looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our small but ambitious event-tech product team, building world-class solutions. Youll help ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile platforms through systematic testing, issue tracking, and collaboration with developers and product leads.

What Youll Do

• Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and report bugs in collaboration with the dev team
• Perform regression, exploratory, usability, and cross-browser testing
• Test APIs using tools like Postman
• Participate in Agile/Scrum workflows including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Contribute to QA documentation and test process improvements

What Were Looking For

• A strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
• Familiarity with basic QA concepts (manual testing, bug reporting, test cases)
• Understanding of how web and mobile apps function
• Logical thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Bonus: Exposure to any bug tracking tools like JIRA or Trello
