Role Description

Own end-to-end quality control of branded work uniforms manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality SOPs and brand standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sample Quality Control: Monitor sampling process and ensure final sample is as per customer requirement in terms of fabric, styling and measurements
• Pre-Production Control: Ensuring material readiness, in-house testing, PP meetings, and cutting approval before production
• In-Process Quality Control: Monitor cutting, sewing, embroidery/printing, finishing and packing through inline and in-process quality audits.
• Final Inspection & Dispatch Approval: Conduct final inspections and approve finished goods prior to dispatch.
• SOP & Brand Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality SOPs and brand standards at all production stages.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports and records.
• KRAs: Reduce DHU %, Improve First Audit Pass Rate, Reduce customer rejections and customer returns

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile with 1-2 years experience as QA in garment factory/ brands or buying office
• Prior experience with brands or buying offices are preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and MS Excel proficiency
• Involves daily travel to our manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru
