Job Description
Position Statement / Purpose:
This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of products or services through rigorous testing and analysis. This role involves of developing quality assurance processes, and continuously improving quality standards.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
Quality Assurance Process: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. Create and maintain testing documentation and guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Data Analysis: Analyse test data and results to identify patterns and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Quality Metrics: Define key quality metrics and benchmarks. Monitor and report on quality metrics regularly. Implement corrective actions to meet quality goals.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate quality status and issues to project stakeholders. Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve quality concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of testing activities. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use.

Conducting root cause analysis for quality problems and suggesting corrective actions

Background:
Education:
B.E./ B. Tech/B. Sc. / M.Sc. in relevant field or equivalent
Experience:
Good to have an experience in quality assurance, with a minimum of 0 to 1 years or Fresher
Behavioral/Soft Skills
o Effective communication skills and ability to articulate properly
o Should be confident have good Communication, Analytical & Logical reasoning skills.
o Skills with Smart and Quick Thinking with Good Pace.
o Should be flexible with rotational shifts and week offs
o Candidate should be open to travel anywhere in Mumbai
o Outstation candidates should be open for relocation nearby to Navi Mumbai
