About Product:


Siterecon is a geospatial platform designed to order survey features of any particular site and then explore the site and measurements data on a map. It also has tools to work on top of the delivered data.

Although our technology applies to a lot of applications especially related to the site-based operations industry, but our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Combined size of Industry in these 3 countries alone makes up a staggering $140B.

Our aim is to capture the essence and dimensions of our physical world into our geospatial platform and integrate it with live streaming data from locations about activities, people, IOT devices and much more. And looking further into the future, create location based virtual entities on our geospatial platform and amalgamate it into the user's reality using mobile AR.

Job responsibilities:


Create value for our customers packaged in a memorable experience. First understand users, then what they value and then jump to building user experiences with great usability and simplicity.

  • Owning the process of product designing from inception to delivery.
  • Set a standard for User Experience which matches the likes of Apple, Airbnb, google or even surpasses it. Simplicity and minimalism are the words to live by in our product team.
  • Working closely with the product managers to understand the concept and deliver the results as per industry best practices and standards and do iterations on design till the actual user problem is solved.
  • Market research for the industry to get the most relevant or trending design and product experience.
  • Customer research and interviews to create the detailed customer personas which will drive our design concepts and systems.
  • Every design decision should be backed by sound reasoning based on customer research, user psychology, UX principles and trends and data (if available).
  • Creating high fidelity prototypes (In Figma) which can be presented directly to the customers to gain valuable feedback before investing in the development.
  • Use analytics tools such as hotjar, Google Analytics, Mix panel and other survey tools to understand the user engagement and gather feedback from the live product.
  • Do UATs before major releases to ensure pixel perfect delivery to the customers.


Required skills & qualifications:


  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in design, HCI or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3+ years of work experience in Product UX design along with experience of doing customer interviews and profiling.
  • Proficient in design tools like -
  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • Descent knowledge of HTML 5/ CSS3 and CSS frameworks to check for design bugs during release testing
  • Experience with working with tools like Useberry is a plus point.
  • Aptitude & honed intuition for tasteful visual design details.
  • Ability to research trends in the market for a seamless user experience.
  • A strong awareness of common usability methods & UX principles.
  • Strong communication skills in English as our customers are based in the US. Excellent presentation, interpersonal & analytical skills.
