Knowledge & Skills -

1. Hand on experience in Coating/ Adhesives/Slitting/ Punching

2. Handling quality inspections with all required documentation of Govt. Authority

3. Handling Automobile customer audit and documentation activity.

4. Handling in process and product audit.

5. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001.

6. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

7. Regularly monitoring and measuring key quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

8. Customer satisfaction

9. Should be adept at solving problems.

10. Time management and project tracking skills aim to keep the overall work progressing.

11. Attention to Details

12. Effective communication skills

13. SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
• 4+ years relevant testing experience
• Technical skills in PPAP, PFMEA,TC,CP, Awareness regarding APQP
• Team player
