The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for participating in software development testing efforts across multiple application systems.

Daily engagement in maintaining and executing automated tests along with executing manual test cases will be the day-to-day part of this role.
 

As Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be actively collaborate and contribute to the efforts of the entire Agile team while following all the established processes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are the key to success in this role
• You should have a minimum of 2 years of enterprise QA experience with a focus on scripting automated testing
• Ability to write and optimize Python or PowerShell scripts

• Familiar with AI-powered tools and automation frameworks
• Familiar with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or other such CI/CD tools

• Familiar with Postman for API testing and writing tests

• Comfortable with manual testing and release testing process

Responsibilities
• Create/maintain automated testing scripts for different use cases.
• Maintain and monitor GitHub Actions, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for errors and help mitigate such issues
• Help system test during releases.
• Drive QA best practices used within the project.

Technical Skills
• Experience developing and maintaining automation test scripts writing in Python/PowerShell
• Experience in testing of REST-based application

• Familiar with AI-powered tools and automation frameworks
• Familiar with Git or other modern source control systems and branching strategies
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins a major plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, methods, and experience in effectively using them is a major plus.
