Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who can own modules end-to-end and independently deliver automation outcomes. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in API automation using Java along with UI automation , CI/CD integration, and collaboration across agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable API automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and Cucumber
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to translate requirements into test scenarios
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI)
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Ensure test coverage, traceability , and quality metrics
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation best practices
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote knowledge sharing
• Drive automation execution and outcomes independently

Key Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong Java proficiency (Java 8+)
• API Automation using Rest Assured
• Cucumber (BDD Framework)
• UI Automation with Selenium + TestNG
• Maven / Gradle
• Experience with JSON, XML, API schema validation
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins / GitLab CI
• API tools: Postman, Swagger
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT
• Experience with Git
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have / Secondary Skills:

• Experience with CRM systems
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365
• Test management & collaboration tools: Jira, Xray, Confluence
• Hands-on experience executing automation pipelines
• Curious mindset with ownership-driven delivery approach
