Job Description QA Automation Engineer (48 Years)

Role Overview

Responsible for building and maintaining automation frameworks and ensuring regulatory platform stability across TTAX, WHT, and CRS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using:
• Cypress
• Cucumber (BDD)
• Playwright
• Design regression suites for tax computation and reporting logic
• Perform integration and end-to-end testing
• Validate data integrity across reporting outputs
• Support UAT and production validation cycles
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and test case design
• Perform defect triage and root cause analysis

Required Skills

• 48 years QA experience
• Strong automation experience (Cypress / Playwright / Cucumber)
• Experience testing REST APIs and backend services
• Strong SQL validation skills (DB2 or similar)
• Experience in Agile environments

Good to Have

• Financial services domain exposure
• Experience testing event-driven systems (Kafka)
• Regulatory reporting validation experience
• CI/CD pipeline integration experience
