Job Description
OPENING FOR A WELL KNOWN OIL AND GAS COMPANY IN MIDDLE EAST:
Position: :Quality Assurance Auditor
Experience: 10+ years in airport / large infrastructure
Minimum Requirement:
Terminal Building Works: RC structures, block works, finishes, MEPF, structural steel (fabrication to final finish), airport systems, landscapes & art.
Airside Construction: Runways, taxiways, aprons, RESA & graded areas, RET works, AGL & electrical, ATC/ARFF/glide path facilities, utilities & drainage.
Landside Construction: Roads, boundary walls, aprons, fuel farm, ancillary buildings, utilities & drainage, electrical works.
Key Deliverables & QA/QC Responsibilities:
- Material inspections, mock-ups, and factory verification
- Workmanship (WMS) inspections & Product Quality Rating (PQR)
- Field testing & inspection per approved ITP
- Plant inspections (HMP, WMM & BP)
- Documentation review (RMIR, WIR, MTC, approvals, NCR/SOR compliance)
- Snagging, commissioning, and verification of corrective actions
- Assessment of contractors & vendors against desired deliverables
- CAD/Billing verification vs. drawings, BOQ, and supporting documents
- Drafting & submission of comprehensive QA/QC reports
