Job Description
Quality Analyst International Banking Process
Location: Bangalore
CTC: 9.5 LPA
Experience: 1+ Years (QA experience mandatory)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational | 5 Days Working
Notice Period: Immediate
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews for chats & transactions
- Provide actionable feedback to advisors
- Perform root cause analysis and audits
- Maintain MIS and client reporting
- Support KYC / AML / Fraud monitoring processes
Mandatory:
- International Banking background (US / UK / EMEA)
- Experience in Chat / Voice Support (Preferably Chat)
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Education: Graduate
