Quality Assurance Analyst (FIX Protocol)

Position Overview

• Conduct manual and automated testing on the firms technology applications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Develop a solid understanding of the capital markets trade life cycle and associated products.

Typical Responsibilities

• Create test artifacts based on project requirements, perform end-to-end testing , and manage defect tracking and reporting.
• Execute certification and conformance testing with brokers and exchanges.
• Maintain and optimize test environments , identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and develop automation scripts .
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the testing process.

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics .
• Strong understanding of trading systems and financial domain , with experience testing front office, back office, or risk applications .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple regions.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python ).
