Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards
Provide feedback and coaching to enhance performance
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication & analytical skills
Prior QA experience in BPO preferred
Knowledge of E-Commerce domain will be an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
